UM-St. Louis coach resigns

Posted by The DirtKing on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 2:11pm.

Chris Pilz has resigned as the Head Coach at Missouri-St. Louis. Pilz was 77-114 in seven seasons at UMSL. The Tritons finished the 2009-10 season with a 12-16 record, including a 6-12 mark in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. Pilz is a former All-American at the University, and the program’s third all-time leading scorer. A search for a new head men’s basketball coach will begin immediately.
