Former Kansas standout hired at USF
Former Kansas standout Michael Lee has been hired as an assistant at the University of San Francisco . Lee played 118 games for the Jayhawks from 2002-2005 and helped them reach back-to-back Final-Fours (2002-03) and later served on the Jayhawks' national championship staff in 2008. He spent the past two seasons as an assistant at Gardner-Webb. After concluding his playing career in Lawrence, Lee played professional basketball from 2005-07, including stints with the Harlem Globetrotters, Entente Orleans in Orleans, France, the IBL's Vancouver Volcanoes and the USBL's Kansas Cagerz in Salina, Kansas.
