| Description: | The Video and Recruiting Assistant will serve to assist the coaching staff in all video, recruiting and other office duties. The recruiting position requires someone with excellent organizational skills to manage the recruiting database and all recruiting paper files. The video portion of the position will assist the Director of Basketball Operations in the coordination of all video aspects of the program. This position will coordinate the film exchange program, all scouting video, capture all video to the server and coordinate the filming of all practices and games. In addition, this position will serve as a supervisory position to the student manager program. Video Assistant Duties • Coordinate film exchange program • Coordinate all scouting video • Manage video server and capturing of all games • Coordinate the filming of all workouts, practices and games Recruiting Assistant Duties • Manage and update recruiting database and recruiting files • Assist with planning and execution of on campus official and unofficial visits • Aid Recruiting Coordinator in development of recruiting strategies |
