Here are a few things that I’ve heard from snowy New England….

New Wheelock College head coach Matt LeVangie (hired on 1/6 - http://hoopdirt.com/news/75bdd968/wheelock-names-levangie-he…) has hired two assistant coaches. Dan Heppert and Mike Kernan have been brought on board – they are both former players at DII Stonehill College where LeVangie was an assistant for the past three seasons. Heppert and Kernan both graduated in 2011 from Stonehill.

There has been a mid-season position change for Steven Enright. He started this season as an assistant at DIII Endicott College, and has now moved on to a similar position at DIII Mt. Ida College. Enright was in his first season at Endicott.

Glad to hear that Mike Harding is back on the bench for DII St. Michael’s College (VT). Harding missed three games earlier this season. There were some complications with the birth of his twins. All seems to be better now, and Harding is back with the team. Assistant coach Josh Meyer went 2-1 in Harding’s absence.
