It's getting a little hotter at Fordham.....
The Rams, who are off to a 1-4 start, have lost their best player. Sophomore Jio Fontan has announced that he will transfer at the semester break and will not play in anymore games. Rumor has it that the Board of Trustee's is meeting today at Fordham, and the basketball situation will be a topic of discussion. We'll keep an eye on this situation, but it doesn't look good....

When a coach has to read articles like this in the paper and online it has to be gut wrenching for Coach Whittenberg and his staff. Getting fired outside of basketball is usually because of lack of effort, getting fired in college basketball may have dozens of reasons and you can see it coming!!!
